Myhanh is a small Vietnamese restaurant in the Church Corner Mall.  I liked it because

a) it’s affordable– I didn’t see anything on the menu over $20

b) they had a ginger waiter (yeah, cultural diversity!)

c) anything on the menu can be made vegetarian!

Here we have:

Fried Noodle Dish ($9), vegetarian option

Vegetable Cashew ($12), eaten with steamed white rice ($3)

This price in NZ for this portion of food of this quality is absolutely BRILLIANT.

Quantity Served: 10/10

Service: 9/10
Lovely service. And quickly served meals.

Fried Noodle Dish

Presentation: 7/10
Looked quite appetizing, however seemed a little greasy.

Taste: 6/10
At first it tasted AMAZING. But after a few bites, the taste is slightly sickening. Perhaps too much oil and salt.
Seeing it is noodle, it is not meant to be served with rice, hence it would’ve been nicer if the taste wasn’t so strong.

Overall: 7/10
For the price and portion, this was quite good.

Vegetable Cashew

Presentation: 9/10
Appetizing presentation served in a cute shell shaped plate.

Taste: 8.5/10
Absolutely delicious. Very flavourful.
Also full of delicious veges such as capsicum, cashew, chinese mushroom, broccoli, carrots.
The only flaw was being slightly too salty, however it is supposed to be served with rice, hence the rice balance out the strong taste.

Overall: 9/10
Great price for a delicious plate of good quantity of food.
